- Use of the
services of Four Pawz Pet Services will be deemed acceptance of the
following terms and conditions whether verbally or in writing. The
business reserves the right to consider changes. The company
undertakes to treat all data about clients as strictly confidential
unless all parties agree otherwise.
- The business
agrees to provide a sitter in accordance with the details provided
by the client. This may include the care of the pets and any other
animals owned by the client, care of plants and any other requests
by the client within reasonable limits. The client has the option to
meet the sitter, discuss any queries and be satisfied with the
sitter provided.
- The business will charge the client
for the services as quoted. A non refundable deposit of 25% of the
total sum due is payable to the business at the time of booking. The
company will continue to provide services should the original sitter
be taken ill or be unable to continue with care during agreed
period.
- Should a client return home early
during a booking full fees are payable. Refunds will be considered
at the company's discretion.
- Should the client be delayed on
return Four Pawz Pet Services will endeavour to continue the care
until their return
Payments
- The client is responsible for
settling the company's invoice immediately upon completion of the
service. Failure to do so will incur 25% interest and further
failure to settle an outstanding balance will incur court
proceedings and also any further agreements of services will be
terminated.
- Where services are required long-term
a monthly payment plan may be agreed.
- The client is responsible for
ensuring the sitter/walker is not placed in any avoidable or undue
risk when entering in to their home as recognised by the Health and
Safety Executive.
- In the event of cancellation which
are notified to us 14 days prior to the start of the booking a full
refund of fees will be paid. After 14 days the 25% deposit is non
refundable. If we are unable to proceed with a booking for any
reason we will contact the client immediately and return all fees
paid.
- All clients must complete a check
list of services required prior to the commencement of arranged
booking.
Insurance
- All reasonable care is taken to to ensure
the integrity,suitability and competence of our sitters. The
company, to ensure peace of mind for our clients, has Public
Liability Insurance.
- The Insurance only covers the sitter when
working on an assignment from the company and for the duration and
times of selected service.
- It is agreed that it is the clients
responsibility to ensure that the property, its contents and pets
are adequately insured throughout the duration of the assignment.
- Four Pawz Pet Services can accept no
liability or responsibility for the loss or injury to any pet.
Miscellaneous
- A sitter / walker may wish to have a
companion/spouse to accompany them whilst providing a service at no
additional cost to the client. This must be agreed with the client
and all spouses/companions will be vetted by the company.
- The company reserves the right to amend
these terms and conditions of business at any time and so will post
notification of changes on website.
